When you will see orders earlier and how to unlock full access
Full access
We offer orders first to couriers with full access.
Partial access
All new couriers and couriers who have not completed any order in the last 21 days have partial access. We will also offer you orders that couriers with full access do not pick. This means you will see fewer orders, but generally with higher pay.
How to unlock full access
Complete at least 3 orders and meet the delivery standards for more than 90% of stops.
You can keep full access by completing at least one order every 21 days. Learn more in the Stay active article.
