During the order
Meet delivery standards
A genuine delivery attempt protects both your pay and your access to orders
Standards are the minimum conditions by which we can confirm that you genuinely attempted to deliver the parcel. Meeting them ensures that you are properly paid for your work and retain access to orders.
Delivery to the recipient
Call at least twice via the app.
Arrive at the address and try the doorbell or reception.
Remain at the location for at least 30 seconds.
The call does not need to be answered. Short and rejected calls also count. The standard is also met if you connect with the recipient by phone or if they message you via parcel tracking.
Parcel locker or pick-up point
Arrive at the correct location.
Remain at the location for at least 30 seconds.
Complete all steps according to the app, locker, or staff.
Impact on payout
If you fail to deliver the parcel but meet the standard, you will receive full payment for the delivery. If you do not meet the standard, the payout for the undelivered parcel may be reduced.
You can see the outcome of the standards in the completed order summary.
