Oversized parcel

Description, photo, and bonus per piece

When to flag a parcel

An oversized parcel is one where the sum of the two longest sides exceeds 110 cm. For example, a 70 × 45 cm parcel has a sum of 115 cm, making it oversized. This threshold is based on the dimensions 60 × 50 × 40 cm, whose two longest sides add up to exactly 110 cm. Sacks, bags, and very soft or easily compressible boxes are not considered oversized.

Loading procedure

Flag the parcel in the app and take a photo of it according to the instructions. Use the measuring card when taking the photo. At depots where the card is available, the app will remind you upon arrival. At Zásilkovna, you will find it in the GRID cabinet; at DPD, in the depot office. After taking the photo, return the card to its place.

You can see the reported oversized parcel in the shipment details. If you reported it incorrectly, you can delete the report and report the parcel again.

Bonus

You will receive CZK 50 per piece for an approved oversized parcel.

Evaluation and review

Once we evaluate the reported parcels, we will send you a notification. In the app, you will see how many parcels you reported and how many were approved. For rejected parcels, you will also see the measured dimensions. If you disagree with the evaluation, request a review directly in the app.

The procedure shown to you by the app at the specific depot always applies.

The decisive factor is the sum of the two longest sides exceeding 110 cm. Photograph the parcel with the measuring card if it is available at the depot. The bonus is CZK 50 per approved oversized parcel.
