Parcel lockers and pick-up points

Routes with pick-up lockers or pick-up points may have fewer stops, but more parcels at a single location. Therefore, check the number of parcels, vehicle space, and time reserve before submitting your price quote.

Correct order

• At a pick-up locker, first pick up parcels for collection and then insert new ones.

• At a pick-up point, the order is reversed.

• Always place only one parcel into a single locker compartment.

On-site standard

Arrive at the correct locker or pick-up point and stay there for at least 30 seconds. Complete all steps according to the app, the locker, or the staff.
