During the order
DPD: Pick-up and return of equipment
Where to check in and what to do before departure
Arrival
First, read the Arrival Instructions. At the depot, report to the location marked DPD Pickup and state the route number you see in the app.
Equipment
Bring your own high-visibility vest, or ask DPD. Wear it throughout the loading process and return it once finished.
As soon as you confirm in the app that you are on site, the app will launch the scanner for taking over the parcels.
