Parcel Pick-up

Upon arrival, follow the Arrival Instructions for the specific depot. Scan each parcel. The app will show you the stop number, which you should write clearly on the parcel with a marker.

Pre-departure Check

• Always load Amazon parcels; they have priority.

• Return any extra parcels to the depot staff.

• Report any missing parcels before departing.

Completing the Loading

Return the cage to the designated area and clear the ramp according to depot instructions. Hand over the tag from the cage in person to the depot staff. Only then confirm completion of loading in the app.
