Arrival at the depot and loading

First, read the Arrival Instructions

Open the Arrival Instructions before you arrive. Each partner, depot, or stop may have a different entrance, a different check-in location, and a different procedure for collecting or returning equipment.

When you follow the instructions, loading is faster and you won't have to wait unnecessarily.

Safe movement around the depot

Follow the instructions of the depot staff and move only in permitted zones. Wear a reflective vest and sturdy closed-toe shoes with a steel toe cap at all times during loading.

Loading

• Take a marker pen with you. After scanning each package, the app will show you the stop number. Write it on the package.

• Group packages for the same stop together.

• Load packages with the highest numbers in the back, and the lowest numbers in the front.

• Check the number of packages and addresses before departing.
