Orders on the GRID
How auctions work
Two amounts, distance, and the chance of winning the contract
For each order, you see two amounts. Select the one for which you are willing to accept the order.
Multiple couriers may receive the same order offer. The system selects based on the chosen amount, distance from the pick-up location, and possibly other parameters. Generally, the closer you are to the pick-up location, the higher your chance of winning the order.
You can submit a price offer for up to two orders at the same time. The first order you receive is your commitment and you set off on it immediately.
A higher amount means a higher potential reward, but usually a lower chance of winning the order. The order may be won by another courier who selected a lower amount or is closer to the pick-up location.
Whether you see an order immediately or only later depends on your access to orders.
