How GRID works
Orders from partners, auctions, and commitments
In the app, you choose orders from various partners. Before submitting a price quote, you see the reward, area, number of addresses and parcels, estimated time, and kilometers.
You bid for an order in an auction. Once you win the order, you immediately depart for the pickup location. Until completion, you focus only on this order. The app guides you through pickup, loading, delivery, and returning parcels.
For parcel orders, you can also make reservations. You select a reservation in advance for the following week. During the chosen time, you have priority when orders are assigned. However, a reservation does not guarantee an order.
You decide which order you want. A won order is a commitment. Be ready to depart immediately and do not transport anything else in the meantime.
