How to set up cash on delivery (Genius mobile pay)

Cash on delivery (COD) is a payment you collect from the recipient upon delivery. The recipient can pay in cash or by card. The highest-paying orders usually include cash on delivery. Without cash on delivery set up, we will not offer you COD orders. Therefore, set up cash on delivery before your first order.

How to set up cash on delivery

1. In your profile, open the Cash on Delivery section and then COD Delivery Settings.

2. Install the Genius mobile pay app from Google Play or the App Store.

3. View your login credentials in the grid.online app and log in to Genius mobile pay.

4. Select an available terminal.

5. Make a test payment of CZK 1 using your own card.
