Ideally, hand over the collected cash on delivery immediately after completing the order, at the latest within 24 hours. You can find the amount and handover options in the Cash on Delivery section of the app.

If you do not hand over the cash on delivery on time, your profile may be temporarily restricted. Never return the cash on delivery money after handing over the parcel to the recipient.
