Return all undelivered shipments to the designated depot on the same day. No shipment may remain in your vehicle overnight.
When there is a risk you won't make it back in time
Keep an eye on the depot's opening hours during your route. If you are running late or the depot cannot accept shipments, contact support before the depot closes to arrange the next steps. Learn more in the article Running late returning to the depot.
Never keep shipments until the next day without confirmation from support.
